These recently discovered and previously unpublished wireless messages offer an unadulterated transcript of events, almost a running commentary, of life on board the "TITANIC" before and after disaster struck. The harrowing hours of her sinking, the calls for help and the race to rescue survivors speak of both hope and despair, providing a poignant record of how the "TITANIC", the icon of the Gilded Age, turned to rust. First edition. Signed by both authors. Mint in Mint dj. 12x8. 184pp. Frontis photo of a young Mr Marconi aboard the SS Lucania in 1903.
