Gerald R. Ford (b. 1913). 38th President of the United States (1974-1977). Historic Document Signed, one page large octavo on official Gerald R. Ford letterhead. Being an official reply to the findings of the Warren Commission. Boldly signed: "Gerald R. Ford 12/2/96", n.p..The document measures in 6.5 x by 8.5 in and the stationery has a gold eagle at the top.There is some residual mounting residue on obverse along top margin with no show through.

In the document Ford attests to the accuracy of the Warren Commission with respect to Lee Harvey Oswald being the lone assassin in the killing of President John F. Kennedy and also that there was no conspiracy involved. Despite many counter claims of the conspiracy theorists there still is no credible evidence to refute the findings of the Warren Commission.

The autograph comes with a letter of authenticity as to its origin, history and authenticity.
