Bureau of Engraving image, 6 in x 9, in on heavy stock white card, of the White House signed by Presidents Nixon, Ford, Carter and Reagan. President Reagan signed as President (see notation on recto below) .The image is also signed by three First Ladies Betty Ford, Rosalyn Carter and Lady Bird Johnson.
President Reagan signed as President-see notation on recto illustrated below.This notation in light pencil is to the effect that Senator Mark Hatfield had President Reagan sign this image at his desk in the Oval Office on the morning of the inauguration.Senator Hatfield was Chairman of the Reagan Inauguration Committee.
The signed image will be accompanied by a certificate as to its origin, history and authenticity.
