Teddy roosevelt signed portrait as rough Rider

Theodore 'Teddy' Roosevelt (1858-1919). 26th President of the United States (1901-1909). One of the great figures in American History. Among his many accomplishments he was the first American and thus also the first President to win the Nobel Prize, he was the first President to leave the country, to appear in the newspaper,and the only president to be awarded The Medal of Honor (posthumously) The Roosevelts and the MacArthurs are the only father-son winners of the MOH in our history. TR was noted for his aggressive foreign policy and will long be remembered for his "Speak softly and carry a big stick."

This offering is a portrait that was taken from his book on Big Game Hunting* which signed boldly with fountain pen as Theodore Roosevelt. The overall size of the page is 8 in x 11.25 in and it is in excellent condition.Almost all of the signed prortrits of TR in his Rough Riders uniform were taken from this book because they were signed in the book.
