most likely a deed or contract, measuring approximately 3 in.
by 1.75 in. Ornately and elaborately framed with an antique print
and plaque. Right margin and bottom right corner trimmed unevenly
from document, printed text above and below Washington's signature,
which is tersely written in full: "George Washington".
